Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Prime Partner Capital LLC (“Prime Partner Capital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you use our website and services. California residents should also review the California Privacy Notice below, which provides additional disclosures and rights.
Notice at Collection
At or before the point of collection, we collect the categories of personal information described in the California Privacy Notice — including identifiers, financial information, credit information, and, when you request a rate, sensitive personal information such as your Social Security number — for the purposes described in this Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We retain personal information as described in the retention section below.
1. Information We Collect
- Information you provide: name, email, phone, mailing address, the loan amount and purpose you request, and, if you proceed, income, employment, and identity information (which may include your Social Security number).
- Financial information: bank account details and related information you or a connected service provide to verify your accounts and, if applicable, disburse funds.
- Credit information: obtained from consumer reporting agencies with your authorization, beginning with a soft inquiry that does not affect your credit score.
- Automatically collected: device, log, and usage data, including IP address and pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide our personal-lending consultation, debt-consolidation review, and referral services;
- Check your rate with a soft credit inquiry and present potential loan options;
- Communicate with you by phone, email, and SMS (with your consent where required);
- Verify identity, prevent fraud, and secure our systems;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. How We Disclose Information
We disclose information to lending partners and service providers that help us provide the services (for example, bank-connection, credit, communications, e-signature, and hosting providers), each bound by contract to use it only to perform services for us; to comply with law or lawful requests; to protect our rights, safety, and property; and in connection with a business transfer.
4. Your Choices
You may opt out of marketing messages at any time (including by replying STOP to texts). You can control cookies through your browser. See the TCPA Disclosure for details about calls and texts.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Children
Our services are intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
7. Changes
We may update this Policy and will revise the “Last updated” date above.

Because our use is limited to these permitted purposes, the right to limit has limited application, but you may still contact us.
Sale or Sharing
Retention
We retain each category of personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet our legitimate business and legal purposes — generally for the duration of your engagement and afterward as required for recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and compliance (for example, consent and transaction records retained to meet FCRA, TCPA, and financial-recordkeeping requirements).
