These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Prime Partner Capital LLC website and services. By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.
1. What We Do — and Do Not Do
Prime Partner Capital is not a bank or direct lender. We provide personal lending consultation, debt consolidation review, and referral services, and we may work with lending partners to present loan options. We do not approve, underwrite, fund, or set the terms of any loan; those decisions rest solely with the lender. Any loan you obtain is a direct agreement between you and the lender.
2. No Loan Offer or Guarantee
Nothing on this site is a commitment to lend or a loan offer. Rates, amounts, terms, approval, and funding timing depend on the lender's review of your creditworthiness and income and on applicable law. Rates range from 6.99%–35.99% APR. Not all applicants qualify. Results are not guaranteed.
3. Rate Check & Credit Inquiry
Checking your rate uses a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your credit score. A hard inquiry occurs only later, with your authorization, if you choose to proceed with a specific lender.
4. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, to use the site only for lawful purposes, and not to submit another person's information without authorization.
5. Illustrations & Calculators
Any payment estimator or consolidation calculator on the site is for illustration only, uses assumptions you can change, and is not a quote, offer, or guarantee of any rate, payment, or savings.
6. Intellectual Property
The site's content and marks are owned by Prime Partner Capital or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
7. Disclaimers
The site and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Partner Capital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising out of the site or services will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or decisions of any lender or third party.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Prime Partner Capital from claims and expenses arising out of information you provide or your misuse of the site or services.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, except that California residents retain the protections of California law that cannot be waived. Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, except that either party may seek relief in small-claims court and you retain any right to public injunctive relief that cannot be waived.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms and will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
